"Hola Hermanas! My name is Lidia Hernandez, and I’m incredibly proud to be serving as Co-Chair for Hermanas Unidas for the 2025-2026 academic year. I’m a junior majoring in Business Administration, emphasis in Leadership and Innocation, with a minor in Consumer Behavior.
I’m Salvadoran and Mexican, born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, and growing up in a vibrant, resilient community has shaped the way I lead and the way I care. My heart is in creating spaces where others feel supported, seen, and empowered to reach their full potential. Being part of Hermanas Unidas allows me to do just that.
To me, leadership means being a resource and sharing resources, so we can all grow together. Whether it’s academic help, career guidance, or just someone to talk to, I’m here to support and uplift those around me in any way I can.
